In this multi-vendor ecommerce website, through item search pages buyers are able to search for items by keyword searching, browsing through categories of items available over the site, advanced search by filling fields related to the item and by child’s name and genders. Through Report abuse buyer is able to report the item as “not received” or “not described” and administrator will receive that as email. Admin can simply be able to send messages to the two users (buyer and seller) manually and then decide to refund the payment. Payment is not refunded through site. It is through the manual process. Administrator can ban any buyer or seller from the back end and can remove any item or listing from the front end if he finds it inappropriate. By reputation system sellers and buyers can give 5 star rating and review to each other. There is an integration of site with USPS services.
