For signing up over the site using email address tenants will have to submit following details ,First name, Last name, Email, Password, Current Location (City, State & Country). They will also be able to sign up to their account using Facebook/Google Plus account.
Tenants/Landowners can login to their account by submitting email and password. While login they will submit Email and Password. If in case they have submitted wrong email address or password then there will be message appear for “Incorrect password”. They will also be able to login to their account using Facebook/Google Plus account.
Tenants/landowners can reset their password if in case they have lost their password. When they will click on the “Forgot password” they will be asked to enter their email through which they have registered over the site. When they will enter their email a link to reset password will be sent to them on their email. They will be able to reset their password by clicking on this link & following some necessary steps they can reset their password.

Landlords can manage the listing of their apartment over the site. They will be able to edit/delete the listing and its details which they submitting while posting the listing over the site. Deleting a listing will just not show it in the search but the listing will still be in the database and in the Manage Posting page so landlord/property managers will be able to relist it.
Landowner can see a list of requests received for a property by the tenants. On each request, landowner can view details like property name, tenant name, start date and end date of the request and total price. Renter can accept or reject any request. On either action, an email will be sent to the tenant regarding landowner’s decision.
