5. LogicAI chat assistant
Our website has a chat assistant, LogicAI, that answers questions about our services and products. This section explains what happens to the information you share with it.
What we store: for each chat we save every question you ask and every answer the assistant gives, together with:
- Your IP address
- Your browser and device type
- The page you were on when you used the chat
- The referring page (the site or link that brought you to us)
- Your country, if it is available
How long we keep it: chat records are kept for 90 days and are then deleted automatically.
Who processes it: the assistant's answers are generated by Google Gemini, so your messages are sent to Google for processing. On our current plan Google may use the content submitted to it to improve its services. Please do not share sensitive personal data (for example ID numbers, financial details or health information) in the chat.
Why we use it: to answer your questions, to improve the assistant and our service, and to follow up on enquiries you make through the chat.
